services the RETAIL FLORIST and CRAFT communities primarily within the 48 contiguous United States as well as Canada. The freight which calculates on our order confirmation is based on delivery within the 48 UNITED STATES.
The following policy covers all orders outside of the contiguous United States:
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Disregard the calculated Freight Amount. We will contact you with the correct freight total and shipping method prior to shipping.
IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES or CANADA:
Payment must be made either by AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Card or by WIRE TRANSFER ONLY prior to your order being shipped. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
In addition, US Postal Service will be our preferred method of shipping, but if you do not wish USPS service, we will charge you only for the freight to a FREIGHT FORWARDER of YOUR CHOOSING. YOU will be responsible for all export documentation, Taxes, Freight Costs from the U.S., Fees, etc. as well as making arrangements to get your order from the United States to your desired destination.
Any
breakage or missing cases are the responsibility of you and your freight forwarding company. Floralsupply.Com guarantees that the product you are billed for will be shipped completely and in good condition, and will not act as go-between or mediator in shortage or breakage situations once your agent has signed for the shipment.
For Bermuda, Aruba, the Bahamas and all other Carribbean Countries: We will ship to and bill you ONLY to a freight forwarder of your choosing (We do not locate or give referrals and reccommend specific companies). It is your responsibility to arrange for all export services needed, and deal directly with the freight forwarder of your choosing. Floral Supply.Com WILL NOT get involved in any of these required export services. There will be NO exceptions.
Returns
for DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ONLY will be allowed but will not be accepted without a return Authorization number. Upon our receiving the item, it will be inspected to verify that there are proper grounds for the return, then we will, at our descretion, either issue credit in the form of a check for the amount of the merchandise and freight, or replace the product at our expense.
